Terms and Conditions

Please allow at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will incur the full treatment charge and no future bookings can be made until this is paid.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late by 15 minutes or more your treatment may not be able to go ahead.

Please attend your appointments alone, the salon is not suitable for children and treatments cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 18 years old.
